Mr. K. H. Masud Siddiqui, a career civil servant, joined BAC International as Professor in the School of Business in January 2017. After completion of his tenure in the Bangladesh Civil Service (1982-2015) he has retired as Secretary and joined the education arena in the pursuit of his academic excellence. A Masters graduate from the University of Dhaka in Bengali Language Literature. Mr. Siddiqui earned MA degree in Economics from the University of Manchester, England. He further received a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Administration and Management from UK. He was appointed as Secretary of the Ministry of Industries on September 2010 and then appointed as Secretary of Ministry of Liberation War Affairs in 2012.

During his long civil service Mr. Siddiqui led Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation as its Chairman. In his around 33 years successful career in civil service he held several important positions in both field administration and in different Ministries. He also worked in the Prime Minister’s Office in the capacity of Director.

Mr. Siddiqui joined the Board of Directors of BAT Bangladesh as Independent Director in October 2010 representing Government’s share in the Company and later as the Independent Director as well as the member of Audit Committee. Mr. Siddiqui is also a writer. He has got five publications to his credit, such as ‘LokShadhonarSangskriti’, ‘Tasauf and Other Contexts’, ‘MalgooddyDays’, and ‘BehongoAbolokon’.

Mr.Hafizur Rahman is a disciplined, hardworking, enthusiastic person who is always driven by motivation and ambition. He is also a great believer to achieve goals by better planning and, therefore, acts accordingly. On 25th November 2004, he was called as a Barrister by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He has done his Bar Vocational Course from Northumbria University and has achieved LL.B (Hons) degree from University of London. Furthermore, he has also done his LL.B (Hons) and LL.M from University of Dhaka with excellent results. Hafizur Rahman has achieved a remarkable result in his SSC and HSC by being 1st in HSC among all the students in Humanities group from Jessore Education Board. He is enrolled as an advocate in Bangladesh Bar Council since December 1998. Moreover, he has excellent communication skills, which make him comfortable to know new people. He had many chances to exercise his communications, co-ordinations and coaching skills. He had many chances to work as a lecturer in Law colleges and universities of Bangladesh and as well as in UK. Currently, he is the Head of Laws at BAC.

Mr. Ashiqur Rahman Bhuiyan, Head, School of Business at BAC International since February 2011, is a dynamic academic making his presence felt in both teaching and educational management. His deep commitment to teaching and engagement with students earned for him a wonderful personality that is very difficult to ignore. His belongingness with the institution made him a very successful manager of educational programmes. Mr. Bhuiyan has carried with him experience of working in corporate world like Dhaka Bank Limited in Bangladesh and TJX Europe Inc. and Fairfield Group in London, UK before joining BAC International. Mr. Bhuiyan has completed Diploma in Business Management and Marketing from London Centre of Marketing, UK. Mr. Bhuiyan achieved MBA in Human Resource Management & BBA in Management from the University of Dhaka with an excellent academic record. He is a forward looking and all embracing person which keeps him updated with recent developments in International Management, Global Business and Human Resource Management. He is engaged in teaching and mostly covers International Business, Human Resource Management, and Strategic Management at BAC International. Mr. Bhuiyan is talented and his leadership style as the Head of School contributed significantly in projecting the School of Business at BAC International to become the leading Business School in the country. Engagement in social events, sports and travel is his passion.

Mr. SRM Fahad Hossain is a conscientious and self-motivated individual with great enthusiasm and determination to succeed. He is very hard working, reliable and resourceful with excellent organizational and staff management skills, combined with the ability to prioritize a substantial workload. . He can successfully receive, assimilate and evaluate information quickly in order to complete any task efficiently. He is also friendly and good humoured whatever the circumstances. He completed his MSc. in Mobile Computing and Communications from University of Greenwich, UK and he also completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology. He had many chances to work as Lecturer and Academic Manager in different colleges in UK. He also worked as Network Administrator and System Administrator in different organisations in UK and Bangladesh. Currently he is Coordinator (Academic Administration), School of IT. Currently Md Rezaul Huda Chowdhury Reza is a senior lecturer in BAC International and also teaching part time in South Asia University as a Senior Lecturer. He has been teaching in UK and Bangladesh for last 15 years. He taught different levels of students like Masters, Bachelors, HND, ND and also some professional courses like MCSD etc. The major places he taught in UK are Bexley College, Uxbirdge College, Barking college, Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College, Carshalton College, Croydon College, South East Essex College. He also taught various computing & programming courses in ICMAB, New Horizon, Linux Pathshala etc. He also has industrial experience of 13 years in UK and Bangladesh. He was an IT Manager in Samrat ICT Ltd, ‘Web ERP Developer’ in Nisa Software Ltd, ‘Senior Programmer’ in Business Inc Ltd, UK etc which gave him the expertise in practical programming sectors.
